Le Square du Petit Sablon

6 minutes on foot from the hotel: the Square du Petit Sablon

Inaugurated in 1890, this garden with neo-renaissance style was imagined by Henri Beyaart. Right in front of the church of Sablon, between Regence street and Egmont Palace, you will find the fountain-statues of the counts of Egmont and Hornes, erected into a symbol of resistance against the Spanish tyranny. You will also admire a group of 48 bronze sculpture illustrating the old corporations of Brussels.
